Insurance

QBH accepts Washington Medicaid for Washington residents; a sliding fee scale is in place and applicable for both Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder programs.  QBH also accepts private pay and many private insurance options for clients who reside in or outside of Washington State.  Temporarily, QBH is not accepting private insurance for mental health intakes.  Private insurance and private pay is accepted for all other services depending on your insurance plan and the service you need.

QBH has preferred agreements with most Premera and Regence Blue Shield benefit plans.  Standard Insurances accepted include::  Washington Medicaid, Medicare, Premera, Regence Blue Shield, Wellpoint, formally known as Amerigroup, Ambetter, Molina, Coordinated Care, and Community Health Plan of Washington.
